Are you a registered business?

Yes, Zelabs General Merchandise OPC is a registered business in both the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) in the Philippines. The company is a VAT-registered business and prices indicated are inclusive of 12% VAT.

Do you issue official sales invoice?

Yes, we do issue Sales Invoice for orders even in Shopee / Lazada / TikTok. Kindly specify the Sales Invoice details (Name, Address, and TIN) when ordering so that we can prepare the Sales Invoice once order has been completed.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept credit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) payments. If your card is not supported, feel free to contact us for support.

What are the available payment methods?

We accept payments via credit / debit card, bank transfers (UnionBank, BDO, BPI), QRPh, GCash, ShopeePay, GrabPay, AliPay, and etcetera.

Can I purchase via Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok?

Yes, we have added the Lazada and Shopee buttons per item listing for your convenience in case you want to purchase the item in the mentioned platforms.

Where can we find your Lazada or Shopee stores?

How long will the delivery take?

Stocks are readily available. If your order has been confirmed before 02:00 PM UTC+8, your order will be shipped out to the courier on the same day. If you ordered past 02:00 PM, we'll ship out your order to the courier tomorrow.  But, please note that we do not have control over the delivery schedule of the courier.

Do you support same day shipping / delivery?

Yes, for urgent / same day shipping orders within Metro Manila, we can transact externally via Lalamove or Grab. Kindly note that platform vouchers are not applicable for external transactions. Also, the courier fee will still be shouldered by the buyer.

Do you sell per box?

We are selling authentic Pilot and Uni pens per piece or set as indicated in the item description.

Do you have engraving services for the pens?

Sorry, we don’t have engraving service currently for any of the pens. We're still working on this one. Please subscribe to our newsletter to get updates about engraving. Thank you!
